
Responsibilities:
· Contribute to the development and implementation of the local HR strategy.
· Implement, coordinate and improve HR processes at the Plant within the scope of the organizational culture and structure.
· Provide expert knowledge to the Plant management regarding associate engagement issues, organizational structures and change projects.
· Monitor compliance of local HR policies, procedures and documentation with local regulations and proactively flags issues of non-compliance.
· Leads as expert the cultural transformation, designing the local plan or executing the global initiatives locally, supporting the HR Manager and Plant Director.
· Conducts surveys of employees' attitudes/opinions/needs, and implementing actions plans to improve employee engagement.
· Recruit permanent, graduate, and temporary associates in the local organizations, in accordance with HR recruitment guidelines and depending on local org. needs.
· Support and update the onboarding process for new hires, review where relevant and refresh with new initiatives. Adapt to local needs.
· Facilitate the talent review process with the management team and coach managers in performance reviews.
· Define proactively succession plans to avoid critical job positions.
· Lead Organizational Development column & develop strategical and tactical approach within this Pillar and according to MOS.
· Support management in team development projects and organization processes.
· Identify development needs of employees in the business unit and defining career/development plans with the related managers.
· Development of approaches to attestations / evaluations / internships.
· Adaptation & development of relevant trainings for Plant audience. Leading trainings.
· Participation in Plant Tour for visitors, GEMBA tours.
· Evaluate Plant roles.
· In line with developed locally matrixes and in accordance with C&B guidelines, coordinate the merit process, consult line managers on salary reviews (promotions, lateral moves), new hires salary proposals;
· Work together with C&B team to implement \ review bonus, R&R programs for blue collars.
· Administrates & controls on monthly basis BC bonuses. С&B user for BC audience.
· Prepare AOP (HR&Admin parts).
· Ensure all staff related budgets (C&B, TA, L&D, Administration) are accurate and actuals are within the agreed targets.
· Ensure personnel administration is flawlessly executed (personnel files, in the systems 1C, SAP HR, Success Factors).
· Provide expert knowledge to the Plant management in managing local labor relations (unions, works councils etc.) and with local managers in dealing with front line associate issues.
· Ensure working conditions and tools (nutrition, uniform, transportation etc) are appropriate to drive high performance and engagement. Update where relevant.
· Function as a local internal/external contact point for HR legislation issues/questions, questions regarding HR themes and processes.
· Administrative support of the plant (ordering: coffee, milk, stationery, transportation, uniforms, etc.)
· Organisation of teambuildings and other team activities.
Required Experience & Competencies:
University Education;
3 years’ experience in HR;
Experience working in an international environment;
Diplomatic attitude;
Accurate;
Excellent knowledge of English (both verbal and written);
Excellent communication skills;
Knowledge of MS Office.
Nice to have:
Experience in a FMCG company;
Knowledge of labor legislation and 1C.
